Can I move in the morning of the show?
No. We ask that our vendors move in on Friday December 14th between the hours of 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

How tall can my booth be?
All materials in your booth must not exceed 8ft in height.

Can I leave early / move out early on Sunday?
No. Breakdown prior to the end of the event is not permitted for any reason. If you are not able to stay during the entire length of the event, we suggest that you recruit volunteers or hire other folks to work the booth for the remaining hours.

Can I leave my booth unattended during the event?
We highly suggest that you avoid this. It looks extremely unprofessional and you will potentially miss the attention of your next best customer. If you are working your booth alone and need a quick break for restroom or to grab a snack, ask a neighbor to keep an eye on your booth.

Do I have to pay the unions to move my stuff in?
No. We do, however, suggest that you take advantage of EPI’s round trip cart service. It is very affordable. They will store your empties and make your life a whole lot easier.

Can’t I just wheel my stuff in through the front door?
YES! You may carry your merchandise and materials by hand or use a 2-wheeled dolly. No 4-wheeled dollies or carts are permitted. However, we do strongly suggest you take advantage of EPI’s round trip cart service. It is very affordable. They will store your empties and make your life a whole lot easier.

Are my products going to be secure? Can I leave it over night? What is the security like?
Eco Gift Expo provides 24-hour security, however, you are responsible for your belongings. We recommend taking precautions like covering your booth with a sheet when you leave each evening and hiding valuables.

Why am I not in the event guide? How do I get into the event guide?
If you are interested in advertising on our vent guide, call us to discuss the opportunities. All Exhibitors and Partners are mentioned in our Event Guide in our Exhibitor’s Directory.

How much does the show cost for attendees?
$10
Children (12 and under) and Seniors get in for free.

How is the event guide distributed? How many are printed?
The Eco Gift Expo program is going to be printed by The LA Times and circulated to 700,000 homes in LA on December 9th, the Sunday before our event. In addition we will personally distribute 100,000 more copies between 12/4 and 12/9.

I am interested in exhibiting for other EcoGift Expos, what should I do?
Contact one of our sales reps and we will tell you about the opportunities that exist. The office number is 310 399 3097.

If I am an exhibitor this year, will you hold my same space for next year?
Yes, please speak with us to let us know of your interest.

Can I sell product at the show? Can I sample product?
The whole point of our show is to sell gifts. You may also sample though if you are sampling food, you will need the necessary documents from The LA Health Department.

What kind of advertising do you do?
Our marketing campaign is driven by our presenting partners - Whole Foods Market and LA Times. We also advertise on the radio and in Yoga Journal, Plenty, Yogi Times, Whole Life Times and many more.

I know several people who would love to volunteer for the event, where should I send them?
Have them sign up for Volunteer duty on our website.

Do I need to send a list of my guests?
Each exhibitor will receive 4 complimentary tickets for their guests.

Do you have any tips on how I can save money?
Plan ahead and order early! Make note of deadlines for discount pricing. This alone will save you from unnecessary expenses.

Can I ship my materials through UPS, FedEx or UPS?
Yes, but keep in mind that these carriers do not pick up on Sundays! It may be more economical for you to take these boxes to your hotel after the event for a Monday pickup. This will vary on a case-by-case basis. Plan ahead and research.
